Dear Sir/Madam

I my vb application 90% of the reports are created in either Word or Excel.

Now the application will be using SQL Server to access the data instead of Local Database.

So please give me a solution for : -
1) Whenever user creates a report it is saved in the server and another user user can access the same. I
2)If any user create the same report with similar parameters he can either overwrite the present report (i.e reports with same name. In my application reports are name as per their parameter and type.)
3) How to handle if two or more user are creating the same report with same parameter at same time.
