Unfortunately, the project manager is strictly single-user. You can use a source-control provider like Microsoft Visual Source Safe. This will allow developers to share a project. It can get tricky though because it basically creates a text file version of the project and keeps a single copy on the server which gets merged every time a developer checks in his or her local copy.
