Actually, most of the things on those two bills are threads, zippers, buttons, lengths of cloth etc for my wife's atelier. Between these two, we also dropped by JoAnn's Fabrics to buy a few other things.
Walmart being the nearest grocery we have around here - the only one within a bicycle distance, for instance - but then there are things we never buy there, like anything with moving parts, anything with unclear price tag, anything that costs $25 or more, coffee. For as much as a coffee maker we drove a few miles away.
There are about three things where they are more or less unbeatable: large packages of chopped fruit or pickles, clothes by the yard, and food and bedding for the guinea pigs. The rest... if there's a compelling reason to drive the two extra miles, will buy elsewhere.
