Some things to check out ...

- Make sure the printer environment is NOT saved with the report. It could be causing a conflict if the printer saved in the environment is not available when it is run

- The report .FRX file could be corrupt. Try running other reports to see if they work. If so, you may have to rewrite this report .. or start deleting objects until the report runs and then you'll know what object was corrupt.
