In the grid RecordSource specify the name of your table. It should be opened in the form's Load (or DE), so available when grid initializes.

Specify the ColumnCount property to the number of the desired columns. Specify each column's controlSource to 'myTable.myField' (right click on your grid to Edit). Adjust widths and make sure your column headers are set correctly.

That's it. Of course, it could be done through grid builders (and the custom builders, one example of them I gave you).
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
