Why are Microsoft Products getting slower with each release???

I just installed Office 2007, and it takes forever for an email to display
when I click on it, and that's AFTER it's already been downloaded.

When I launch Word, it takes forever for it to open.

SQL 2005 takes forever for it to open AND to close.

I remember when these products were fast.

What happened???
