Yes it does.

Visit the DBI site. It was released for users of VFP SP2 and did I mention it is free?

As I mentioned it is an Activex and has nothing to do with .NET. It is a MFC Activex but VFO uses the same MFC DLL so you dont need the 23mg overhead of ,NET.
