As far as I know there's no way to kill off a Windows Authentication Login. Browsers cache the login token once you've logged in and keep sending it to the server on each request once validated so if you're purely relying on Windows Authentication there's really no easy way to kill the existing log in short of shuttin the window down.

Ultimately Windows Authentication is not a great auth mechanism if you need flexible administration - Forms auth or a combination of Windows Auth + some sort of application level token (maybe stored in session) to identify login state might be more appropriate.
