Hi Bonnie.

Yep, it will convert your solution, but I haven't face any problem with that. Of course you won't be able to open it with VS2005 anymore.

One thing that is killing me, is a couple of errors that are raised every time I try editing any form, even if I create a brand new project, which is:

---------------------------
Microsoft Visual Studio
---------------------------
The service Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.ISelectionContainer already exists in the service container.
Parameter name: serviceType

And this is in one machine only, it works just fine in others. Have gone everywhere in the internet trying to solve it, no luck. Found many others facing the same. People have even re-formated their machines and nothing. It has been a big show stopper in our case.

Hope you are lucky and don't get this.

Abraços.

Ivan
