Sorry for my quick answer from yesterday. I was tired. I worked on Windows 3.1 EE (Eastern Europe).

Still, I believe is not far away from CE.

I had some problems with the fonts. Because the fonts doesn't have the same dimensions from one Windows version to another (standard vs. EE).

I also had a problem with the video card driver on some computers. Because that driver worked ok on W3.1EE but not on W3.1 standard. But this was a problem not related to FoxPro.
