I agree with Craig... sounds like a webpage would be the best option. You could write directly to your data and not have to worry about parsing, etc.

There are logical boxes as well as dates and text boxes in the current form. I would assume that the best way to do this would be to have them fill out something and then for a program to parse through whatever they have filled out and replace the previous data with their new data. Does anyone have any experience and advice on this type of scenario?
