What is the current conventional wisdom for adding code128 bar codes to a report form or label. I've been lucky to get buy with 3 of 9 up to now.

I've seen several products with ActiveX controls to calculate the check sums, etc. Any experience to share?

I hope I didn't break any rules posting this in the ActiveX section as well.
