I had some trouble finding a C128 font and the code which would calculate the additional characters to add for each of its alphabets. Luckily, before I came to any conclusion (testing was in NY, far from my eyes, and the feedback was, well, sporadic), we decided to go with Dymo printer, which has the software. It handles C128 out of the box. Got it right the first time and didn't look back.
