I have an application that runs on a network

Now when I tested it and opened the same form in 2 PCs
I have the message below

Attempting to lock, press esc to cancel

Anybody knows why this messsage happens,
and how can I prevent it ?

ps. when I press esc I have the message:
Record is in use by other user
