What is the code trying to instantiate the class, what baseclass is the class derived from, what code is in the class events, especially the Init? Your compiled code runs becuase everything is built into the EXE or APP file adn there is no directory navigation necessary. This error could be the result of something the class is trying to do during its instantiation.
