I have a form with numerous Listboxes.
Most are on pages of a pageframe but some are not.

I have been very careful to ensure that I am fully over a line in a Listbox when I click on it.

Far too often the Click() action is executed BUT the peviously selected item (or no item at all if none was selected) is the .Value available rather than the one I just clicked on. The clicked-on item also remains UNselected visibly.

I have also seen this happen, more rarely, for a Combobox - the Click() executes but no .Value or the latest .Value (not the just-selected one) is obtained by the Click() code.

It may be worth mentioning that the mouse is connected by BlueTooth.

Anyone have a remedy? ...It may be a Vista thing, but that's all I have to test with at this time.
