I know the word 'argument'. It's equally written in Dutch and its definition is equal also. The first time I read here arguement I thought it was a misspelling, but I guess that's not necessarilly the case.

  • We were arguing about the existence of God. We had an arguement about ...
  • My arguement here is ...

    Are there situations where one should use arguement rather than argument? Or is argument the most commonly used one?
