A comparison between Christ and Buddha is wrong. Christ is claimed to be the son of (a) God whereas Buddha holds no such position. He was a man and there have been other Buddhas since the first one, each adding their own insights and wisdom. There is no faith in Buddhism and there is no discussion about God at all.
