Thanks, Einar. I appreciate everyone's concern and support, and feel terrible about worrying so many people. Last week I got some involuntary professional help, which I embraced. Next Monday (earliest date available in the program I am signed up for) I will start getting help voluntarily. Trying to do it by myself was clearly not working.
