Be prepared. That code is only tested with SQL Server :-)
In UpdateCursors method of the class I replaced newly received ID in all child tables.
I have 5 child tables in that class, so I must do this in the FrontEnd or write SP for each Child table. Of course I have small amount of records in each table (10 - 30), sending 5*30*4 = 600 bites is not a big deal. Even working with a terrible NET (4-6K per sec) it works well.
BTW I am not sure that CA sends only modified fields to the backend (never tested it though).
