It is all to easy for us to fall into customer POV wanting everything right now. They have to balance technical "sense" and customer wishes for their implementation schedule<g>. Sometimes it is easier to work without customer interruptions, sometimes it is better to get a hint of how to get best customer satisfaction/highest number of early adopters.
