I do believe God only created Adam and Eve and that Adam and Eve had more children not mentioned in the Bible. The Bible is not clear on this and there is the possibility that God did create more humans than mentioned. Ultimately, it really doesn't matter to me how it happened. For me, the key is that God did create humans and they (I believe) are subject to Him.
