You could set the port after the Installation is done.
Run SQL Server Configuration utility
Open SQL Server Network Configuration node in Tree.
Click on Protocols for MSSQLSERVER
DblClick on TCP/IP and choose IP Address page.
There you could change the port.
Keep in mind that if you change it you should change ALL your DSNs or Connection strings to SQL Server.
