No, you may not conclude that. Women are to be put on a pedestal - treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Just as it pertains to leadership in the home and the church, men are required to fulfill that role. As I've stated (many times) before, this does not mean women are less valuable than men or that women are to be treated as though they are worthless.
You continue to insist that's my belief - I'd appreciate it if you'd stop.
