You can use %s to represent the directory the user installs your software in. So if you want a shortcut to point to myprog.exe in your application's top level directory, use %s\myprog.exe. If the exe is in the subdir subdirectory off your top level directory, use %s\subdir\myprog.exe. By the way, I think the "s" has to be lower-case.
