MySQL Client-Server Applications with Visual FoxPro

It is listed on the first page of the web site. I have it and it is exactly what you need to use VFP on MySQL.

Note that you don't 'link' your tables to MySQL, you convert and upload them to MySQL so that your data queries call the MySQL database in place of using the .DBF tables. It's all in the book.
