Is there a way to format the text in a Caption of a Label?

I want to put text on a screen form like:

Larger font xxxx THIS IS TO BE IN RED and this in BLACK
and this UNDERLINED or BOLD.

With the font and color to match the words. This is easy in a report, but there I cannot find a way to format text that I am going to display on a form screen.
