If I was put on a pedestal and restrained from taking part in decision making, I'd be seriously PO'd, no matter how appreciated that was supposed to make me feel. Specially if I wasn't asked whether that's what I wanted, but rather assumed and didn't bother to check. Boy, I'd feel like a moron - and that's why I don't feel like doing that, and that's why I don't understand women who accept that.

But that's me. There's a lot of stuff that won't fit between my ears, so I'd agree to drop this, we didn't get far just like we didn't the last time.
