you can have code compiled online, which can then be run on your machine. That's available at http://www.etecnologia.net/onlinecompiler/(S(dgmuzk55xwfdbuu35y3hwpnw))/Default.aspx. I don't know if they have updated the compiler beyond last May: if you check out the newsletters, you can see what kind of progress they are making.

A few of us have created a community support group for the compiler at http://groups.google.com/group/vfpnet-compiler-community-support-group. It's nothing special: we just wanted to have a place to exchange information that could then be shared with the community.

I paid my sheckels to support the effort: if it succeeds, my life gets a whole lot easier. If not, I'm not out very much.
