I am selecting Paper size also. I am activating _MFI_SETUP and selecting the printer as Epson LQ and in properties selcting the page size as 15*12 inches / fanfold1. Even then it does not show all the 132 columns, but showing only 80 columns.

Even on some systems , I cannot have the fanfold1 paper setup or Custome size. But wherever the VFP is installed , it shows all the 132 columns in the preview.
