Guys thank you very much.
Important question: are your company's tech teams doing all of this SQL/IIS configuration themselves for new clients or are they giving specs to the client's third network consultants for SQL/IIS to be configured for your application?
What has been your experience with the management of client SQL/IIS software (do you charge separately or is it service built into your fees)? What has been your experience working with third party network consultants for SQL/IIS configuration?
If you see any hidden meaning in my questions, it's because I'm constantly considering who will do what in every stage of deployment.
Thanks.
