>If somebody turns to violence with children they need to be taken out back and beaten to a pulp. I got smacked around a few times when I deserved it but I don't count that as the pointless violence that you mention.

Trust .. me I would love to arrange that for my ex if I could. When the children described the way he picks them up with both hands and then throws them across a room until they hit the wall and slump down onto the floor .. you can imagine how my blood boiled. Especially when they also said he has choked them and then continued with the picking up from the neck and throwing across the room.

The most frustrating thing is that child protective services did nothing .. and neither did the police the one time my oldest son called 911. They all looked at the situation and said, "Oh .. there's a custody battle going on .. nevermind, we don't want to get involved because this is a ploy to win custody".

Child Protective Services told me that my son was not injured during that one incident (because my son called 911 BEFORE it escalated out of control). I looked at the CPS guy and said, "OK, let me get this straight. I have to tell my child to wait until he gets hurt, and then call 911." The guy's response was .. "Yes". I then said, "Let me be really clear here .. you want my son to wait until he gets thrown into a wall and suffers brain damage .. and then you'll step in." The guy again said "Yes". My response .. "I see. So you're not Child Protective Services .. You are Child After Injury Services"

There is something seriously wrong with our family court system!!!!!!!!!!
