Disagree with you here. Link to a solution is a legitimate solution, in my opinion.
Anyway, it was not exactly about this particular case, but a general observation. That's why I agree with Hugo, but I would not have the guts to say it loud. But that's what I think as well.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
