No... as I said above... They are different...
For 2.6...
foxw2600.esl
foxtools.fll (if you use it)
any other .fll's you use
For 5.x...
vfp500.dll
vfpaaa.dll*
Any thirdparty .dlls or Active X controls... must be registered by setup unless you are using Doug Hennigs ActiveX loader which does this for you.
*(aaa=TLA for language. Language resource file. usually not required see page 505 of dev guide)
