Just tried it -- didn't take the change, and I'm running with a rotatable display and video driver that allows me to change orientation. Value of the property also seems to be unchanged between having the video display set to portrait and landscape modes. The help mentions something about running on a Tablet PC -- perhaps that might explain things?
