But if the original poster has twitted a helpful person, then that person can never get any stars and it's less likely that the reply will get the attention it needs to make the offered solution better or to proof that it is wrong. This is even more problematic because the helpful person may not be aware of a twit filter in effect.

This is another argument to get rid of the twit filter. It's an absurd invention from the UT.
