While I agree that Bush is probably the worst president that the US had in is history, I won't go as far as saying that he's worst than Amin, Marcos and Mugabe.

Bush may come close to Amin, Marcos and Mugabe for his economic mismanagement, the deterioration of the human rights and the number of peoples killed because of his political decisions:

But AFAIK, Bush hadn't been accused of political repression or extra-judicial killings and he have some opposition. The objectivity of the US journalists are often tainted by their political allegience, thus not as professionnal has I would like them to be, but there some freedom of speech in contrary of the Amin, Marcos and Mugabe regimes.
