The twit filter should be publicly displayed with percentages!

A comedian once suggested that everyone that has a drivers license should also have a suction-cup dart gun. The dart would have a flag on it that says stupid or maybe twit. When other drivers see someone doing something stupid, they shoot him in the trunk. The police just pull over everybody with several darts and give them a ticket for being an a--hole! :)
