Ah, brings fond memories of the nightmare :). We had it list the same file twice in a directory, a bug we never saw before (or after). It survived about three days and was promptly replaced with the last known good DOS - 3.31 was it?

When DOS 5.0 came up the next year, we kept it in house for a few months before rolling it out (even on new machines!). And the best DOS ever was... Windows 98 :)
