That's exactly what I want to do.

>When you Redefine (using the Class Browser), you are changing where the class inherit from (it's parent class). If you looking to do this on more of global scale, then you may have write a routine the ClassLib and Class fields of the objects in the SCX or VCX. If I understand the your problem correctly.
