Besides using some of the utilities from files section here, you can try to open (a copy of) form's .sct file in the editor. If it's not crashed really badly, you'll find all of your source (methods and properties) inside it, along with some binary data (so it's not that easy - disable automatic indent and enable wrap in the editor to see it better). Beware - you may find the same methods several times, if the file wasn't packed; the lowest is the newest.
