I wonder if anyone's had any experience with getting error 127 "Win32 API: The specified procedure could not be found." This occurs, occasionally, when calling InternetConnect. This routine is running on a server which can call the api several times simultaneously from different processes. I wonder if the problem could be caused due to maximum number of handles being exceeded or something similar, but cannot find any details on the internet. When the routine runs again, a minute or two later, it connects okay.
Any help would be appreciated.
