As usual in Virginia, it's not the bad weather, it's the drivers who fill their pants when they find themselves in it. My first winter here in VB (03/04) it so happened that snow fell twice, both times on a Sunday afternoon while we were in the library. Driving the VBoulevard felt so like Vienna - waltzing everywhere ;).
