Thanks for that! I will give that a shot in the morning. Looking through the code, I didn't see where loComponent was defined. Was that supposed to be loVBComponent?

Just wondering if:
"Local ;
loExcelApp As excel.Application, ;
loVBProject As vbide.VBProject, ;
loVBComponent As vbide.VBComponent"

was necessary -- or just good programming practice?
