>It's a question of service. You don't drop a product with existing bugs. At a minimum, the product should be left in reliable status before abandoning it - especially given the lifecycle posted. Granted no new development will occur, but existing known bugs should be fixed until the end of the lifecycle.

See my reply to Bob. I think the risk outweighs the benefits, especially if the bug has a workaround. I'm using SP2 in production. The report grouping issue got me, but Cathy has already posted a workaround for that.

I've looked at the SP2 Bug list on the fox.wikis site. Is there any issue on there that is a show stopper with no workaround? What other issues are there that you can't get around?
