>Ahh. Life in winter. We have this lousy sunny beach weather. It even got cold this morning (56F) for a change, but will be close to 80F later in the week. You guys have all the fun. {G}One of my sisters lived in Florida for most of her adult life. She loved the temperatures, the sun and the sailing. For some unexplicable reason, she moved back to Connecticut last summer and is now experiencing a cold New England winter for the first time in 30+ years. She doesn't like it. <g> (Actually, the reason she moved back wasn't totally unexplicable, she got a divorce after 30+ years and since my Dad is in a nursing home with Alzheimer's she thought my Mom might want some company ... so she and Mom are sharing an apartment. Fun, huh? ... that would drive me nuts!!)
Anyway, I've always said that Florida is a great place in the winter. My parents used to spend the winters camping in the Keys and then go back home to CT for the rest of the year. I liked to visit them down in the Keys. But you can have summer in Florida ... now that's just too darn hot and humid for me (and I like a little bit of heat and humidity, I lived in the Atlanta area for 15 years).
