Yes, but this is a -really- improved version.

Yes, it may not provide too much if you are just keeping with your same development approach. It is not like a new version of the product wich can you give you some nice enhancement in what you use day to day. Aside from the SQL Upsizser, the rest is stuff to innovate in some way.
