Are you saying that the form still shows up?

Well, you can also change PARAMETERS to LPARAMETERS and add t letter for the tnProjectID, but this is not the problem. Something else is wrong here.

Ok, let's try to eliminate the unknown factors.

Create a new form, add Projects table to its DE and add your code in its Init.

Would the form show up?

If not, we would now need to examine what exactly is wrong with your form. Usually it's not an easy process and may require some iterations/code removing/etc.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
