I have some ideas how you can resolve the problem:
First, close your project and then open it as a table (PJX file), find out that screen name in the Name field. Delete this record and pack a table.
If that screen will adds itself again into project, check all programms in your project maybe any program (program, menu, other screen, etc.) calls this screen.
If you don't found then try to move that screen (SCX, SCT, SPR) to other folder, remove screen from project (see above) and build your project again.
Then look at the error log and where that screen called from.
