I just tried adding the conditional back in, but changed the structure to
IF NOT llResult
	MESSAGEBOX('Project not found in Projects table')
	RETURN .F.
ELSE

ENDIF
Where the rest of the Init code is included in the ELSE..ENDIF clause.

This does not work. The form still instantiates.
